This is a direct appeal from convictions of burglary, a class B felony, Ind. Code Γ§ 35-43-2-1 and robbery, a class B felony, Ind. Code Γ§ 35-42-5-1. Appellant also appeals from a determination that he is a habitual offender. The case was tried before a jury. Appellant was sentenced to ten years for burglary and ten years for robbery to be served concurrently. Appellant received a thirty year enhancement on his ten year sentences for being determined a habitual offender.
