This is an appeal from the trial courts denial of a motion for summary judgment filed by appellant, Herbert L. Koerselman. Appellants sole point of error on appeal is that the trial court erred in not granting summary judgment based on his affirmative defense of official immunity. We reverse the trial courts ruling.
